Accessing Shared Drives
If you can’t access a shared drive:
- Verify you’re connected to the company network (VPN if remote).
- Check if you have permission to access the drive—contact your manager to confirm.
- Ensure the drive path is correct (e.g., \\server\shared_folder).
- Restart your computer to refresh network connections.
If the issue persists, note any error messages and contact the IT helpdesk.
