Resolving Account Lockouts

Your account may be locked due to multiple incorrect login attempts or a security policy violation. To unlock:

  1. Wait 15 minutes and try logging in again with the correct credentials.
  2. If still locked, use the 'Forgot Password' option to reset your password.
  3. If the issue persists, submit a ticket to IT with your username and any error messages.

To prevent future lockouts, ensure your password is updated regularly.
