Handling Phishing Emails

If you receive a suspicious email:

  1. Do not click any links or download attachments.
  2. Check the sender’s email address for inconsistencies (e.g., typos or unusual domains).
  3. Forward the email to phishing@company.com for review.
  4. Delete the email from your inbox.

To stay safe, enable two-factor authentication and report any suspicious activity to IT immediately.
